I sadly cannot recommend your dealership, despite it being somewhat close to me. I really feel bad for the person for whom I overheard your staff preparing an $8,200 quote for a primary battery for the customer’s aged Prius, given your staff’s exhibited lack of technical ability. I am new to the area and when I went in for service the person I contacted was a little on the short side with me so I cancelled my appointment. I sent an email to the general manager and CC it to the Serv person I contacted was a little on the short side with me so I cancelled my appointment. I sent an email to the general manager and CC it to the Service Director "Evan Warner with my complaint. I received a return email in a short period of time from the Evan who was quite apologetic and resolved my issue. I will continue using Gettel Toyota of Bradenton for service and when I decide to trade in my 2018 Rav4 they with be my first stop for a quote. More
I would have given the service center 5 stars but having to wait 30 minutes to drop off my car for a scheduled appointment was too much! People were lined up in their cars, cars were cutting ahead of each other it was an aggressive and upsetting situation. More
