Service gets worse each time i go. Waited 15 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me. When I approach someone they said they were very short staffed. I understand. But someone shoul Waited 15 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me. When I approach someone they said they were very short staffed. I understand. But someone should’ve at least approached me to say that. They offered to wash my car but when I got out it was not washed. I thought I was getting an oil change but it took an hour and 15 minutes to rotate my tires. Extremely frustrated. Especially when I get numerous emails and texts to go back to Gettel to trade in my car. You want me to do my part but you won’t do yours. I will not buy another car from Gettel again. More
