Salesperson Jeffrey was outstanding and excellent communication skills. He didn’t pressure me in any way. After the sale was a bit different. I still don’t have my tag after 3 weeks. Gettel has had i communication skills. He didn’t pressure me in any way. After the sale was a bit different. I still don’t have my tag after 3 weeks. Gettel has had it for a week now but was not mailed immediately. I called Julio and left 2 messages but no call back. I called a 3rd time to speak to a manager. I offered to stop by to pick it up and he agreed he would have it. When I got there, I was told the person who had it wasn’t there at that time. Why aren’t tags either mailed immediately or at least all kept together for a customer to pick up. Communicate, follow-up, and working the sale to the very end is essential for repeat customers and positive word of mouth referrals. Still don’t have my tag! More
