Took too long to process our paperwork. We finished our paperwork around five and didn’t get out until almost eight. Joy Norman was great! Then things went downhill. They called us and we were told the car was in so we went to the dealership.We waited for awhile and they kept on telling us it was being detailed. I assumed now that it was the auto butler they were putting on, They told us we could take the car but we would have to back for four 4 additional procedures. My wife brought it in and 3 items were done but she was told she would have to come back very early in the morning because the pinstriper only worked until 8 am. I am not pointing to one person in particular but it seems that the system you have been using is not working. Sincerely Tom Sprysenski More
I made an appointment on line yesterday for 115 pm. I arrived at 100 pm. Since I didn't have enough mileage I was told that I only needed tire rotation and fluid refills. I waited until 240 pm and went to ask about it and it took another 10 minutes to complete. I have been dealing with Gettel since 1996. Before the new building was completed the place was very friendly and efficient. Salesman would actually try to sell you a car and find what you are looking for. Now I get call from the internet people, about three different one and two from salesman. I have to repeat my requests to each one of them. It seem they are only interested in selling ones on the lot. I realize that there is a shortage of personnel to complete he tasks but if that is the case maybe they need to lower the number of appointments the book. I leased a new vehicle about three years ago and they still don't have the information in their computers that they can find easily. I am very disappointed with the way Gettel is doing business, It is no longer a friendly neighborhood dealership and more of an on line business with no personal connection. That's the reason I went to another dealer when I purchased this vehicle because they refused to connect with me. Sorry to be made aware of this situation. More

We had planned to purchase a new car in November, but we saw a Camry Hybrid and decided to take a look at them. We were shown some that were going to be available in about a month ,but either the interior o saw a Camry Hybrid and decided to take a look at them. We were shown some that were going to be available in about a month ,but either the interior or the price wasn't what we wanted. They showed us a Corolla and we drove it, and then we drove a Prius Hybrid. It was very nice, and the price was right. We really like our new car. I know that if we hadn't found one, they would have kept us informed of cars coming in that we would want to look at buying because they knew what we wanted. More
