I have a 2010 Scion XB which has been the most wonderful vehicleI have ever owned. Monica Bailey has been my go to maintenance person for years and years. She is truly an asset to your organization. She is great with her customers, I have watched her with others and know this for how she has treated me all these years. This visit was quite costly to me but I felt that Monica was being truthful with me so I had all required work performed. I had to leave my car overnight and she made arrangements for me to have a car rental and she promptly called me next day to pick up my vehicle. She is the very best! More
