I had to sit in my car and wait for anyone to recognize that I wanted service. I told them what I needed looked at and there is still a problem with the speedometer. My Rave is at the end of its lease in December so I'll live with it till then. Actually, for the past years I've done business with Gettel I have been very pleased . More

The work was fine, but im surprised the dealership didnt even offer any kind of discount or proration on tire they said they could only replace due to the nail puncture being so close to a previous patch re even offer any kind of discount or proration on tire they said they could only replace due to the nail puncture being so close to a previous patch repair they had done on the same tire...my truck has only 14,000 miles....very dissapointed that while they are happy to include 2 year Road Hazzard on tires that customers buy after their first set, but they wont stand behind the originally equipped tires with road hazzard....
