The boiler room tactics used to try to scare me and my 81 year old mother into buying an extended warranty were sleazy at best. At the beginning of the warranty hard sell we politely and sternly told the s year old mother into buying an extended warranty were sleazy at best. At the beginning of the warranty hard sell we politely and sternly told the slimeball warranty guy numerous times that we were not going to buy a warranty no matter what, but he still dragged us through more than 30 minutes of warranty scenarios and then got mad because we wouldn’t buy one . Please listen to your customers. People want to partner with you, not be sold something they don’t want or need. Because of this I can’t recommend your dealership. Joy on the other hand was wonderful to work with and I’d recommend her any day. More
