Not very friendly. Vehicle price was inflated due to the chip issue. They were not willing initially to negotiate on pricing. Only because it was month and December and Vehicle price was inflated due to the chip issue. They were not willing initially to negotiate on pricing. Only because it was month and December and year in 2021 were they willing to negotiate. I went there three times willing to negotiate and they kept calling me to ask if I was willing to purchase the vehicle yet. I told them I was not willing until they are ready to negotiate the price. As stated earlier it was month-end and year end and they wanted to hit their numbers so at that point they were willing to negotiate. Because of the chip issue I think they felt like they were in a position of strength which in my opinion is not good for the consumer. If they want return customers they need to make the customer feel that they are willing to do what they can for the customer, obviously within reason. More
