I just moved to Bradenton and it was my first time at Gettel..so wasn’t sure what to expect..my visit couldn’t have gone any better..only waited 35 mins if that..the service guy (Dave I think) was knowle Gettel..so wasn’t sure what to expect..my visit couldn’t have gone any better..only waited 35 mins if that..the service guy (Dave I think) was knowledgeable and friendly..and even put my car thru the wash...glad I found gettel..I plan on having my CHR for a long time . I tried to buy a car today for my daughter who is graduating from high school. Her mom & I are in the process of selling our house & purchasing a new one. The closings for both are one week from toda graduating from high school. Her mom & I are in the process of selling our house & purchasing a new one. The closings for both are one week from today. We cannot do anything to jeopardize that process. We wanted to surprise her because she a great student & hard worker that never complains. She is currently driving an older car that has been handed down twice before her. It has no A/C, no radio, the inside driver's side door handle broke off in her hand when she tried to get out the other day, and it's leaking oil. (She doesn't COMPLAIN!!) However, BECAUSE I couldn’t buy the vehicle today or start the process today, they refused to hold it for me. JUST ONE WEEK!!!!! All these people care about is money!! 💴 💰 More

There a few times . Called ahead for Dave Salesman , to let him know I’m on my way to close a deal . lady said he was there but passed me to a ladies voicemail. So I got there and didn’t see one customer let him know I’m on my way to close a deal . lady said he was there but passed me to a ladies voicemail. So I got there and didn’t see one customer but many salespeople standing and talking. Asked for Dave again. They all said he was there . Walked all around dealership and didn’t find him. So I left. For this game I’ll buy elsewhere . Also being passed around and receiving tons emails from different people is a huge turnoff for me . More
