He hid around the corner listening while we were trying to negotiate a price with the salesman and then popped around the corner unexpectedly. He wouldn't look you in the eye or budge on his unreasonable price. He wanted too much over the KBB value of the car we were looking at. It also appeared as though he was taking our offer for the car personally. I wouldn't recommend this dealership just because of the rude management. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A 2013 4RUNNER AND DECIDED TO GIVE GETTEL A TRY!! WHAT A WASTE OF 3,5 HOURS!! I CALLED TO GET SOME INFO ON THE VEHICLE AND ON I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A 2013 4RUNNER AND DECIDED TO GIVE GETTEL A TRY!! WHAT A WASTE OF 3,5 HOURS!! I CALLED TO GET SOME INFO ON THE VEHICLE AND ONE OF THEIR SALES PERSON PROMPT GAVE ME THE ANSWERS AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE VERY AGGRESSIVE AGAINST THE COMPETITION, THAT I COULD BRING ANY COMPETITORS PRICE THAT THEY WOULD MATCH. SO I BROUGHT THEM A OFFER FROM WEST PALM BCH TOYOTA OF $30K AND CHANGE OUT THE DOOR FOR THE EXACTLY SAME SUV WITH 1500 MORE MILES THAN THEIR SUV. SO I OFFERED $31500 CASH TO COMPENSATE FOR THE MILES. HE LOST INTERESTED IN ME RIGHT AWAY, HE CAME BACK WITH $34500 AND HE TOLD ME THE HE ONLY COULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT IF I FINANCE THE CAR THRU THEIR LENDERS AND TRADE IN A CAR!! TRANSLATING, THEY WANT YOU TO FINANCE SO THEY CAN JACK THE INTEREST AND GET MONEY FROM LENDERS AND RIP YOU OFF ON THE TRADE!!! NO THANKS!!!! More

The internet sales girl was wonderful but that's where the professionalism and customer service stopped. They somehow managed to transfer the wrong car's registration and tags in the process of trading a car (they traded the information from another car without even checking to make sure it was the right car) - it was complete incompetence and lack of thoroughness which has led to an absolute headache in trying to get it straightened out with the DMV, not to mention we have to pay registration twice. Despite over a dozen attempts to contact them and straighten out the mistake, they did not listen and did NOTHING to correct the situation. All we got were unprofessional excuses and "we'll get back to you". We will never buy from the dealership again and advise car buyers to stay on them to make sure he doesn't screw up your tags and registration also. More
