After I got home I thought about the pricing. I received a discount of $2661 off the MSRP of $28000.The window sticker showed an additional charge of $1999 which brought the MSRP to $28000. The add on's of stripes, floor maps and a spray on protective coating costing $1999. This grossly unfair pricing places other pricing in question. I came into the shop late afternoon, 5:30 p.m., because the call had stalled on me in the supermarket parking lot. We had been preapproved for a Truck. The dealership had sent an email with a great price of $22,900 on a new 2012 double cab 5.7lt Tundra. We had worked with them for over 2 days via phone and email. I verified with the sales rep that this was the same vehicle and price we were getting before going to the dealership, when we arrived they had a used 2011 with over 800 miles on it and wanted over $2000.00 more. When I questioned the sales rep he said the email I got was of a vehicle they couldn't get if they wanted to. So it's the old bait and switch. More

She was very friendly, as was the rest of the staff I interacted with here. Nuri also worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for in the price range I needed it to be in. She was also very accommodating to my father and I. I ended up getting more than I was expecting thanks to her and the great staff at Gettel Toyota in Bradenton. I have never in my life of buying probably 25 autos had such an unpleasant experience. Henry did a fine job, with what he was dealt. We drove over 2 hours to look at a car advertised for just under $16,000 online, only to discover as we were on our test drive that we would HAVE to buy a war over 2 hours to look at a car advertised for just under $16,000 online, only to discover as we were on our test drive that we would HAVE to buy a warranty for an ADDITIONAL $1995 to complete the purchase. This was on an almost-new car, that still had over 2 years and 30,000 miles left on its original factory warranty. Needless to say, we left the dealership with our cash still in our pockets...someone could have made some money today, but it won't be Gettel. Henry was an eager and willing salesman and I hope he can find a worthy dealership. More
