When coming to Gettel Toyota I had high expectations due to rave reviews from friends and co-workers who have purchased vehicles there before. These expectations were not only met but exceeded. This was my first car buying experience and I was graciously greeted by Carlos Webb as I walked up the steps of the dealership. His warm and friendly personality put me at ease, he was extremely knowledgeable of the Rav4 and he answered all my questions in a professional manner. He was personable but never pushy and offered me a very fair price on a car, making me feel that he had my best interest at heart. His follow up was also professional. Of all the salesmen I have come into contact with at any of the many dealerships I have been to, he by far was my favorite. Gettle has a star on their cap for having Carlos on their team.
