Johnny worked with me via email for a week before I could get in there because by work schedule is so crazy. He sent me numerous pictures of cars and didnt get frustrated with my inability to run down to the dealership and test drive every car. I finally found the perfect Certified car and had a day off work... but had no way to get to the dealership. Johnny ran my credit, got me approved for the car of my dreams and actually picked me up from my house and brought me back to the dealership (in my new car) to sign and finsih all the paperwork! Johnny introduced me to everyone who walked by in the dealership and made me really feel like I was family and could go to anyone for help if Johnny wasnt available!!! I couldnt believe it!!! I finally have the most amazing certified used car that will last me another 10 years because its a Toyota and I have a salesman I actually trust and is there for me when I call with any question! In forty years of buying cars, Gettel Toyota was the best experience that we have ever had in purchasing a brand new car. From our Salesman Damian, the Finance Manager Matt, Sales Manager Shawn and Travis experience that we have ever had in purchasing a brand new car. From our Salesman Damian, the Finance Manager Matt, Sales Manager Shawn and Travis were the friendliest people that we have dealt with. We wanted to get some accessories for our new Camry so we had to deal with the parts department. Lappe was also very friendly and helpful. When buying a new car there are so many questions and comparisions to make and they never lost their patience with us. Gettel Toyota is a great dealership and I will highly recommend it to friends and family! More

We had decided to purchase a Crossover type vehicle and did not have much luck with the Ford Edge or the Cadillac SRX due to the height of the seats. My wife has a bad back and could not get into the cars without a lot of difficulty. We stopped at Gettel Toyota to LOOK at the Venza to see if my wife found it any easier to get in and out of than the other cars. She loved the car and found that entry and exit was not a problem. All the time our sales person, Rob Williams, was patient,understanding and not at all "pushy". We then decided to see what kind of a deal we could make on our trade, a 2006 Cadillac DTS, and the "loaded" Venza that tricked out at 38.8k. It took a bit of negotiating with the Manager Sean McGuire and Rob but we came to a price that we considered very fair. The Finance guy, Matt Burriss(we did not finance)explained the benefits of the Toyota extended warranty, again without any pressure, which we decided to take since we generally hold our cars for more than 7 years. Overall, as far as buying a new car, this was a very good purchase experience. All three people that we dealt with acted in a professional but not overbearing manner, which unfortunately we have experienced at other Dealerships in the past. I can recommend Gettel Toyota without any reservations if you are considering the purchase of a Toyota vehicle. More
