Our new salesperson wasn’t fully up to speed on what we had agreed to. Our final paperwork didn’t reflect the deposit we made. Whereas I said up front I didn’t want to spend hours at the dealership when we picked up our car, given that we had an out the door price, had no trade in and were paying cash.
