No one greeted me at first. They took my car for a tire rotation. After 1 1/2 hrs I checked with my person. They couldn’t find the car in her system at first. All was good. I'm only disappointed because I asked if the car has smart ambient lighting in it and I was told it does, but I found out that it actually doesn't. Waiting almost 4 months for an extremely small fender bender which actually was finished over 3 weeks ago when I was at the collision center. At that point only the clear coat had to be put on the small area. Left a messsge with Ruben C. after the 1st week and after the 2nd week. No RSVP from Ruben either week …. July 7 or July 14 🙁🙁 Today,July22nd, I was at the dealership and was told Ruben was on vacation. There was no one that could help me. I took the branch manager “s card and will call him on Monday, July 24th. I am extremely disappointed in the service offered by Gettle of Bradenton. As a resident of LWR for the last 8 years I have purchased two new cars from Gettle of LWR and have always been satisfied with the service I received in their showroom and their shop. Now as a resident of West Bradenton, I will never purchase a new car from Gettle of Bradenton if this is the type of service you offer. I will be calling your branch manager on Monday July 24 and Ruben on July 25. I will now be getting in touch with AAA to make them completely aware of the length of time they are being charged for a rental…..3 unnecessary weeks thus far. Since I still haven’t received my Rav 4 yet from your shop, I find it quite odd that I have received o survey from you.
