I gave you 5 stars because of the exceptional service I received from Erik Grenesko, the Body Shop Manager. He took a bad situation and turned it around. I brought my car in on May 9th to have a tail light replaced due to an accident. On May 31st not only was my car not ready; but the insurance company would no longer pay for the rental, they said it ridiculous that my car was not ready. I never received any calls regarding the status of my car. When I called I was always transferred to Bob’s voicemail.The representative from the insurance company stated he experienced the same thing when he called. When I finally got in contact with Bob it was on Friday May 31st towards the end of day. He was in the process of leaving. If I had not called Bob he would have left me without transportation because I had to return the rental. He said he would have to tape my bumper. I arrived at the shop, my car had a bright Orange tape , in addition they unplugged my light to the tail light on the other side which was working when I brought my car to the shop on May 9th. I felt my car was unsafe to drive at night. I thank God for Erik. Once he stepped in everything turned around. I felt safe because I was provided with a loaner. Thank you Erik! More

I can’t explain it but, I always feel safe bringing my car for service here. Yes, dealerships usually charge more and that usually makes customers want to not come to dealership for service. I called to say my Gettel Toyota 2020 RAV4 wouldn’t start because all the failure lights were on and a video scrolled telling me everything was malfunctioning. I asked what it could be and they told me to br because all the failure lights were on and a video scrolled telling me everything was malfunctioning. I asked what it could be and they told me to bring it in. I called AAA and they came out and said they could not tow an AWD. I used our other Gettel Toyota bought new vehicle and drove to the service department on 14th to make an appointment. Within two hours another AAA vehicle brought it in. I got a call from James (nice guy) saying nobody would look at it till the next day. Monica called me the next day to say that rats had to chewed the wires [THIS IS THE STANDARD LINE THEY FEED EVERYONE WITH ELECTRICAL DAMAGE.] After telling them I needed pictures and video corroborating their story and that I needed proof it was my vehicle they said Okay. Today James called again and he didn’t say anything about rats. {My wife has been very distraught after hearing the rat story.} Today they said it was it was a powerful electrical storm that probably did the damage. Today I called Toyota directly and asked why the dealership didn’t just say, when I first called, “it sounds exactly like the recall that was issued to your VIN number. Instead they have my wife in a nervous wreak about rats on our property. And went from $400+ for rat damage to $1400+ for electrical storm damage. Time missed from work, anxiety of my wife looking all over the driveway for rat droppings, and their was not a rat or electrical storm nearby! Why not be honest a just say over the phone, “oh we think we may know what it is that caused those dashboard lights and rolling screen showing malfunctions??? More
