We had a good experience at this location. However, we liked the Bradenton location better (with Colin and Dan). We ended up purchasing a certified used truck here because we found one we like However, we liked the Bradenton location better (with Colin and Dan). We ended up purchasing a certified used truck here because we found one we liked a little better (color, mileage). We made the deal quickly enough (Jeff was a cool guy) but financing took an excessive amount of time. No shade to our finance guy who was actually nice. We appreciated both locations for having a big selection of certified pre-owned vehicles. Still, in this market, the dealers are a little upside down, so expect markups and haggling. I highly recommend repairing what you have and waiting to buy if possible! More

I've beeen to this dealer several times. Usually the service is very good. Went in last week for oil change and tire rotation. Mentioned at both beginning and end that my tire indicator ligh Usually the service is very good. Went in last week for oil change and tire rotation. Mentioned at both beginning and end that my tire indicator light was on. Two people assured me that they would do a full safety check and check tired. However when I drove away indicator was still on and tire psi upon my own check was VERY low...20 psi instead of recommended mimimum 35. Im guessing this was a one time oversight but it's kind of a biggie so thought it should be mentioned. More
