There is a strip around the window of the door next to the door or the area affected by the accident, that is loose or not replaced as part of the repair. I expect a collision expert would have discovered the issue and fixed it with the insurance payment. More

This was initial service for a new vehicle. I was told it would take 30 minutes. I arrived at 1:00 for a 1:15, and schedule my work day with some padding just in case. At 2:45 I asked what w I was told it would take 30 minutes. I arrived at 1:00 for a 1:15, and schedule my work day with some padding just in case. At 2:45 I asked what was going on and after a few minutes I was told it would be another hour! I was offered a ride back to work (30 minutes) and they’d bring me back at 5:00 ( another 30 minutes) so I declined. About three minutes later a guy walks over, tells me my car just got in the bay (3:00!!!!) and it will be 15 minutes. That’s just not ok. More
