This was initial service for a new vehicle. I was told it would take 30 minutes. I arrived at 1:00 for a 1:15, and schedule my work day with some padding just in case. At 2:45 I asked what was going on and after a few minutes I was told it would be another hour! I was offered a ride back to work (30 minutes) and they’d bring me back at 5:00 ( another 30 minutes) so I declined. About three minutes later a guy walks over, tells me my car just got in the bay (3:00!!!!) and it will be 15 minutes. That’s just not ok. More

Service tech was very rude and condescending to my wife. Our last visit was told we might want to get breaks worked on, but decided at the time we could not do it. This time around breaks never mentioned but you need tires, oh and a part that replaced a year ago is bad. It didn't get replaced this time because she waited almost 3 hours for a routine maintenance check and Service. When I bought the car I was told we had a warranting that lasted till May of 2028 unlimited miles. They are now claiming I'm out of service calls and my warranty is over. Oh and if we want that part replaced we have to do so before July 22nd it's the window washers divert value. You had the car for 2.5 hours could have done it then. Very questionable practices not happy. Would they have done this with me there or was it because of my wife there alone. More
