I went to gettel with a goal in mind. The lobby and the general look of the dealership was clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Aishia my sales rep was AMAZING!!! she made the process easy and simple for me. she even let me use her charger. she made me feel comfortable and at ease. The car was interested in wasnt available at the time yet she made sure i got the car that i wanted. i filled out all the paperwork and was to pick the car up the next day. my schedule however did not allow that. she saved the car for me and even on her off day she texted and called the office to help arrange things so the process could cont. The office closed at 8pm and i arrived thursday at 8pm and the finance guy MAT finished up my process. he also did all he could do even staying until 9pmto get the deal closed! im am so happy and satisfied with the both of them. theyve even did follow ups asking about the car and if i needed anything else! Gettle is The BEST!!! Thank you again Aishia and Matt!!!! More

I am moving out of state and needed the car inspected to make sure it was safe. It also needed an oil change, new front wiper blades. My service is always completed asap & done well. My continuing complaint is that I do not receive returned calls, voice mail or text once I call or leave a message. This year I get a text to my cell phone on April 19th that you will be keeping my car till I believe the message said 4/27/2023. So I take the rental car to the gas station & put in $ 25. The next day On April 20th about 11:00 I get a text message stating that my Vehicle is ready for pick up. I call collision and the receptionist does not know if it is ready or not, I spoke to her about 5 times over the next few hours. I leave a message on Rueben’s line before 11:30 & do not get a return call, voice mail or text on either my cell line 941-932-5263 or home # 941-753-2276 . Rueben states he has left voice mail on my cell even though it shows NO CALLS or VOICEMAIL and I believe him. I have had this problem ongoing with Gettle. I suspect that the number he called me on may be blocked, but there is no way to check. As when I bought a car I had so many often calls from Gettle to trade in my vehicle, etc. that I did block whichever # they used but I can not find it anywhere to unblock. Finally about 3 ish I drive to Gettle and the receptionist did not know if my car was done. She gets Rueben and he states it is ready. I drive my rental back to Enterprise & was back asap. I then was shown my car, paid & left. ****** Last year my Contact called me on a cell or sent emails & I got all messages from him. So I am assuming a note needs to be added to my file information to call me from a cell number. ************************************ Please advise once this is done. Thanks!
