The repair work was scheduled for one week however it took 2 and half week and still pending a trim to be installed (back ordered?). No communication from the shop on the delay or time extension during took 2 and half week and still pending a trim to be installed (back ordered?). No communication from the shop on the delay or time extension during the two+ weeks time. No estimated date for the trim two weeks now after I picked up my car. Though the repair work was done properly as I don’t have issues with the car now, but the communication or a proper status update can go a long way in customer service. For example, I would like to have an estimated date on when I will have the trim installed.. thank you! More
