Horrible buying experience. My car was delivered with no gas in the tank and a broken antenna which the manger wants me to pay for. Every car should be inspected for damage e My car was delivered with no gas in the tank and a broken antenna which the manger wants me to pay for. Every car should be inspected for damage especially used cars before they are ever made available for sale. A damaged vehicle should never be delivered to customer but if it does happen the dealer should make it right and fix it at no charge. Gettel Toyota of Bradenton is a dealer who does NOT! Facility and service representative were extremely nice and pleasant. However I had a 2 hour wait for an oil change with an appointment.Also I asked to be notified if I needed anything more done. I was tol and pleasant. However I had a 2 hour wait for an oil change with an appointment.Also I asked to be notified if I needed anything more done. I was told when my car was ready to go and didn't want to wait any longer to get the filters I .needed. So I left without getting them. The service rep was extremely nice. More

Saw the car on the website. Went in showed me the car. Dealer markup wasn’t on the online listing. Negotiated a little brought the car.
