So online interactions with this dealership can be awkward; we almost didn't buy from them because the e-mails we received in response to our inquiries were generic and ignored most of what we said. However, upon reaching out by phone to contact them, we were very, very pleased with the treatment we received from Daisy Valle and Danielle Vazquez, who were highly accommodating. The finance manager, Matt Parnell, is also refreshingly no-nonsense and helpful, and Avery Burke, the used car sales manager, offered a very reasonable discount on our used plug-in hybrid because it was missing the charging cable. It is HIGHLY APPARENT that customer satisfaction comes first at Gettel Toyota—huge thanks to all the staff mentioned here for a wonderful buying experience! More
