Toyota charges a dealer prep fee, Gettel charges a dealer prep fee, you would think for $2500 in prep fees the car would be perfect when you give me the keys. Then I have to set up an appointment 4 days late prep fee, you would think for $2500 in prep fees the car would be perfect when you give me the keys. Then I have to set up an appointment 4 days later to bring it back to have it fixed. The appointment was for 9 am. I was given the option at 1:00 to Leave the car and they will call me when it’s done or I could make another appointment. Finally after checking on it twice, the car was ready at 2:30 pm. I bought the “extended warranty” with the car. I hope they don’t interpret the word extended to mean … your appointment time is going to be “extended.” More

My lugs of my tire were stripped and I got a call from your dealership saying that I will be charged which is not right. I have been going to this dealership for about 10 years getting all my maintenance your dealership saying that I will be charged which is not right. I have been going to this dealership for about 10 years getting all my maintenance done there. If I get charged for lugs something that was done there with the machine used there I will get my maintenance done somewhere else if this happens. I have gotten alot of work done there for a long time but will go somewhere else if the damage on my tire is not fixed. I shouldn't be charged for something that was done there. More
