Telephone messages are NOT returned in the service or body shop, communication was good when we were on site only. Matthew was very good arranging service and communicating service needs but overcharged body shop, communication was good when we were on site only. Matthew was very good arranging service and communicating service needs but overcharged me $30.00 and made repeated promises to refund my credit card, but didn’t seem to know how to do it. I am still out the money after 3 phone messages and two in person visits to speak with him. Service was good and body shop was good. The people we worked with complained about how busy they were and our car key was accidentally placed in the box for cars that were totaled which caused us to wait unnecessarily while the mystery was solved. Please contact me about refunding my money. My messages have not been returned..We appreciated the body shop being willing to do the painting immediately and providing a rental car for 2 weeks. More

Scheduled Service for Monday at 3pm. Showed up was greeted right away and Dave my service writer took great care of me and my 20k mile service. The waiting area is huge and very clean.
