Only one person could answer any questions? The estimator. Very frustrating and not kept up-to-date. I was told approximately 10 days for my car and it took 25!! Doesn't seem to be enough help. Also my car had good size scuffs & scratches from your center and I had to wait longer than necessary again for someone to look at my car and then get it buffed. Paint work done in collision center. Damaged a different area - requires me to bring it back. Interior dirty - they cleaned it. Seat belt didn't operate correctly - took 2 times to fix.
