Came in for an oils and tire rotation, ended up sending three hours waiting on something I could have done myself in 30 minutes. I came in because it’s “free” with the warranty I pay for. Turns out the did a recall software update without mentioning it so that’s supposedly why it took so long, but it would have been nice to have been given a heads up on that as opposed to finding out at the end after waiting several hours, I would have just left and come back. Robert was supposed to call me once an appointment had been with the guy who paints rims. I waited several weeks and then called him twice, calls being a week apart. On the third call I threaten to come down and make a scene. Not my finest hour or response BUT he did call back. My appointment was for the following Thursday, sat 2 hours in waiting room, went looking for Rob only to discover my wheel rim was not going to be painted today. I was given a loaner and told to come back in the afternoon. Returned to discover they were about to start on my wheel. Came back once again and finally picked up car at 5:30. Told Rob that if I was next in his line when I returned for servicing to pass me on to someone else. This is the first time I have had issues with Gettle Service Department. More
