Called to check on the status of my service for a tire rotation and oil changed that was dropped off the day before the appointment, while they were open for business. Could not get any one in service to answer the phone. The phone operator took my name and number and had someone call me back. The person who called me back never gave me their name and told me they couldn’t find my car or the keys and if I gave someone the keys to my keys it was the wrong person. My husband had to drive to the dealership because no one in service would answer the phone again. Come to find out my car was in their shop and the person who my keys and they where given the day before was the assistant service manager who had my keys the whole time. He proceeded to blow off the call saying they are just behind because they only had three technicians in today. Once my car was done they acted like nothing happened when I got my vehicle. Not wanting to address the fact that someone told me my car and keys were GONE! More

Staff was pleasant. Facility was clean. Traded in a fully decked out Jeep Wrangler and got the blue book value on it after hearing, one.. its a great time to sell a car, Facility was clean.
