I arrived 15 minutes early for my 20,000 mile 2020 Highlander appointment. I was told it would take between 1 and 1.5 hours. More than TWO hours later, I received my first update and was told that my Highlander appointment. I was told it would take between 1 and 1.5 hours. More than TWO hours later, I received my first update and was told that my vehicle needed both filters replaced. I was told that I had been texted a video, but it never arrived. Not by text, nor by email. My email obviously worked because I've been receiving "We want to buy your car" emails from this dealer even BEFORE the service was completed. I consider 2 hours without intermediate status updates to be excessive. It was obvious to me that too many vehicles had been put on the service schedule during my "service window." My vehicle overheated on the way home. I had been stuck in 6 miles of stop-go interstate traffic due to an accident. I turned off the AC and anything else I could think of in order to reduce the load. When I arrived home, I investigated and found that the radiator cooling fan was unplugged. How does that happen, when the plug has a locking mechanism? I had used Gettel for both the 15,000 and the 20,000 Highlander service. I will not recommend it. I will not be back. More
