We had our car serviced yesterday and Cameron was very nice. He was attentive. He thought it might take 2 hours as you were short of technicians but we were out of there in 1 hour. nice. The guys were fantastic. Mac went over and above to help, as did the Tech. Mr. Twogood was there as well and all employees bent over backwards to help. Arrived for my appt 8 mins early. Checked in & asked how long this work would take. Was told not very long at all. As it turns out, it took 2 hours & 15 minutes. The actual work took 20 mins. Should have been told they were backed up when I checked in. Not told anything for 1.5 hours, and that's only cuz I sent a text asking how much longer it will take. Was told my car was second in line & it should be soon. After another hour, texted again & was told 10 more mins., and it was. Will never visit this dealership again. Communication is poor. I had other things to do that day. Instead I spent more than 2 hours picking my nose for a 20 minute job. More

Be wary of the complimentary oil change. The service technician was unwilling to accept until I had proof of the offer even though I booked it through dealership with the offer.
