Gettel Toyota of Charlotte County opened its doors a few years ago in 2017. But don’t let the small amount of time we’ve been open fool you — we carry the Gettel family name, which means we exceed customers’ expectations with outstanding resources and small-town values. It’s also helped that we do our best to give detailed training to each and every staff member that joins our family, and have stayed in contact with our 19 sister dealerships across Florida to ensure we are maintaining the Gettel name.

Bottom line is 2 1/2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. If I have an appointment for an oil change why should I have to have an Uber? When I make an appointment I would expect the dealer to change the oil in a reasonable amount of time.

Saying they are working on it now and it will be ready by Monday but Monday comes and they havent even got the part yet. Little frustrating but not a deal breaker, stuff happens.
