2 hr. wait for tire rotation, 30 min. wait for paperwork, ignored what I said I didn't need done & tried to sell me $1,000 in services. Their $677 brake job is $300 elsewhere. Tried to give me 60k mi servic ignored what I said I didn't need done & tried to sell me $1,000 in services. Their $677 brake job is $300 elsewhere. Tried to give me 60k mi service at 55k . They don't listen to their customers and try to oversell everything. Pricing is outrageous. My favorite service tech/manager, who took care of me the past four years, left them and now I know why. The service manage on this visit was very brusque with me and then asked at the end if he served me well? xxx? I am done with this dealership. More
