I called about a warning message that I was getting on my 2020 Tundra. I spoke with Ryan Twogood (Service Operations Manager) who told me to come down and he could fix me up right away. I arrived at the dea 2020 Tundra. I spoke with Ryan Twogood (Service Operations Manager) who told me to come down and he could fix me up right away. I arrived at the dealership on Aug 12th 2021 at about 3pm. While waiting for Ryan to return to the dealership from another location I spoke to Michael Cartelli (Assistant Service Manager). Michael was very nice and made me feel welcome. He took time to chat with me about my truck and other "truck stuff". When Ryan returned he was very welcoming also and was able to get me in for a 25,000 mile service that I did not realize was required. Right then and there he got me in and had me all fixed up and ready to within 45 minutes. I have never been to this dealership before because I had just moved to the area the day just prior to me going to the dealership. These guys are great! They treated me better than I would have ever expected! The way they treated me says a lot about this dealership and would not hesitate to go back for any service. Thank you very much guys! More

The work down, mileage oil change etc, rotated tires and a classic car wash took 4 hours . The gentleman who started the process was very professional and became concerned. But 4 hours was not good. All of the crew at Gettel were very positive and upbeat which makes the process of buying a car much more pleasant. Our salesman, Michael Seaver, was knowledgeable and let us set the pace of discussion. which makes the process of buying a car much more pleasant. Dropped my car off for service and picked it up after work. Service staff left my keys and paperwork with the sales center since I was unable to get back before the service department closed.
