service writer was great Took my 2016 Toyota Corolla in for service. I have 2,000 miles on this car. It is still has the new car smell. It is spotless. When the car was brought up to me there was a large grease stain on my light gray drivers seat! Are you kidding me! You would think that they would have put plastic on the seat. I was and still am furious! I showed the service writer immediately and he "cleaned" it. Well I can still see it. UNBELIEVABLE! Can't even describe how upset I am. More

My service advisor, Christian Anderson, was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Chris didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need, nor did he try to pressure me into having the services that were recommended, performed. Awesome I saw the car I wanted online, called and went in the next day. Car was exactly as represented (used vehicle). Jason Merriman was my sales person.
