Gettel Toyota of Charlotte County- Service Center

I was charged for a service that was pre paid under a contract. Service department denied coverage. Tried to correct situation on chat but still had no reply after 5 days. Had to go in with contract for contract. Service department denied coverage. Tried to correct situation on chat but still had no reply after 5 days. Had to go in with contract for a refund to the dealership. I was told that a refund was the best they could do for me. Due to this I only feel middle of the line about their service. Found out that if you want the courtesy car wash you must ask for it. More

I was on a road trip when my engine light came on. I googled the closest Toyota dealer and went to Gettell. They took me right in without an appointment and checked my car over thoroughly. Very slow service. Went in for a an oil change and tire rotation. I walked down the street and had lunch, walked back after an hour and still waited almost another hour!
