Thanks for the response. Analysis by Toyota management of "The Bad" and "The Ugly" point the way to reasonable and effective solutions in a cost-effective manner so future clients will not have a similar negative experience. Hopefully, siphoning and replacing the gas will be part of the solution, resulting in a one stop visit.
