Had purchased my Supra from a different dealership but had picked up a nail in each of my rear tires. My car is a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. The problem is I can only add 9 gallons to a 14.5 tank. My visit recalls the movie title "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. The Good: Service Mgr Ryan Twogood was professional and courteous in dealing with a highly irritated customer. The Bad While phoning in the appointment, I was not told that the car should be brought in with a full tank of gas. Apparently the gauge must read full in order to assess if a problem exists. It's annoying upon arriving on time for an appointment, to be told that I need to find a gas station and then bring the car back with a full tank of gas. When I was making the appointment, why didn't Toyota tell me a full tank was required? The Ugly My cars problem, along with thousands of other Hybrid Rav4s, has been known by Toyota since 2019. There is a huge class action suit in California. In addition, there are hundreds if not thousands of law suits in other states. Articles have been written by car magazines about the issue. YET I NEEDED A FULL TANK OF GAS IN ORDER TO DETERMINE IF MY CAR HAD THE PROBLEM!! Could they repair it immediately after verifying the problem existed? NO! Why? Because I had to bring the car back when it showed half a tank full. Did they have a repair/replacement tank/whatever on hand? NO!i Nothing was on site to resolve the issue. It had to be ordered. How long? One day, maybe 2 weeks. Didn't know. With this kind of foresight by Toyota it is not hard to understand why Japan lost World War II. More
Very disappointed with this visit. Waited for approx 10 min while service advisors chit chatted. Was given 2 upsells before I left. Said I needed injector cleaning and also was told I needed a new battery min while service advisors chit chatted. Was given 2 upsells before I left. Not happy with this visit at all and the service advisor was unpleasant and short when I asked questions. I purchased my vehicle here and have had it serviced here for 3 years. This is my last visit to Gettel Toyota. More

Took way to long for an oil change and tire rotation. Found my car under car port running and no one around. Found our service rep who was heading to lunch.
