Gettel Toyota of Charlotte County- Service Center

I gave it one star as I could not leave zero. I went for full service oil change on my new vehicle as I paid for it in part of lease agreement. My windshield wiper fluid was not filled and they wanted to ch full service oil change on my new vehicle as I paid for it in part of lease agreement. My windshield wiper fluid was not filled and they wanted to charge me $70 to activate a feature already programmed for my car. To hit unlock bottom to bring windows down automatically, a program already on cars just needed setting my dealership, was told it takes 1/2 hour of mechanics time to do and not covered. Then, when my spouse called and complained it was magically done at no cost. Totally tried to take advantage of a female. Hence, my wiper fluid not even replenished. Had apt at 10 am and was not done till 12 pm. More

I came in to have my cruise control looked at cuz it was cutting off while in use, an hour and a half later, they say they cldnt get it t shut off, i then lft w my truck and on the way home it happened agai cutting off while in use, an hour and a half later, they say they cldnt get it t shut off, i then lft w my truck and on the way home it happened again.
