Made an appointment for my oil change and was a little taken back when I was told it would be at least 2 hours because they were running behind. I was pleasantly surprised in less than an hour when John c taken back when I was told it would be at least 2 hours because they were running behind. I would never have service done by this dealership. They lie about needed repairs and over charge for the ones they do. We were charged $3000 for a repair and the truck ran worse than when we took it in. We lie about needed repairs and over charge for the ones they do. Gettel Toyota is the best Toyota dealer between Naples and Sarasota that I know of. I have bought two vehicles from ghetto they have always given me the best price and treated me well.
