My car was recalled and it took a while for a remedy to be available but once it was, the service department acted really quickly and my car was ready the next day. Service overall was very good. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but was surprised when I was told I needed several other items fixed. This really surprised me since I take my car in for regular maintenance. Nevertheless, I agreed to the repairs which came to over $1900. When I returned to pick up my car the very nice service rep said he worked with the figures and managed to reduce the price by $300. Of course I was happy with the new number. My only issue is why wasn’t the lower figure given to me in the beginning. I’ve been pleased overall with the service at Gettel, so I’m not really complaining. I guess I was just startled by the various repairs need since my last visit a few months ago. Hopefully all is well now and my car won’t need any major repairs in the coming months. More

Service was extremely slow. Nearly 1 hour longer than quoted. Service advisor mislead on the actual cost of the service resulting in a bill nearly 30% higher than told it would be.
