From the valet to the service advisor the staff was unfriendly. My car was taken if for tire service. The advisor game me a report showing no issues with the vehicle when the tire alert was showing on unfriendly. My car was taken if for tire service. The message was reset only to have to drive to a second dealer to find out that there was a nail in the tire and having to purchase a new one. The staff at your store was not helpful to my car needs and returning to this store would not be my first option going forward.
