I will never be coming back to this establishment. They need to learn the approach of proper business. After making a service appointment a week prior, waited 4.5 hours for an oil change and tire rota They need to learn the approach of proper business. After making a service appointment a week prior, waited 4.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then they tried to take advantage of me saying I needed $600 with of fluids replaced based on the cars age and mileage even tho I replaced all my fluids 5k miles earlier. What a disappointment. The Toyota place I left when I moved had stellar service for 6 years and never told me any BS. More
