I will never be coming back to this establishment. They need to learn the approach of proper business. Then they tried to take advantage of me saying I needed $600 with of fluids replaced based on the cars age and mileage even tho I replaced all my fluids 5k miles earlier. What a disappointment. The Toyota place I left when I moved had stellar service for 6 years and never told me any BS. More
I used to feel special when I came in but customer service is not what it used to be and in the long run that can cause failure. Service noticed uneven tire wear. 4 wheel alignment done but tire pressure icon on dash was not addressed.
