Setting my appointment with gettel of lakewood was so easy to do on line. Once I arrived at dealership I was greeted right away then within 5 minutes I was in the service advisor office we discussed what easy to do on line. Did the drop off the night before. They worked hard to have the truck ready as soon as possible for me. Then sent an Uber to come get the truck. My service rep reviewed with me what was going to be done. He gave me a time frame for the completion of service which turned out to be almost to the minute. I felt he had my best interests in mind.
