Quality Customer Experience We usually handle service for our Avalon back home in Virginia, but needed a minor repair and 45,000 mile service during an extended stay in Florida. Excellent service We are snow birds and bought our RAV4 in Northern Kentucky. It was due its 10,000 mile service. I called and made an appointment to have it taken in. Jennifer, the assistant service manager, met us upon our arrival and took great care of our needs. She even had our car washed for us. There was no charge and no pressure to try and get us to make additional purchases. We could not ask for nicer people or better service. More
