55000 Mile Servicing This was my first winter in the area and this was my first visit to this dealership for servicing of my 2012 Camry Hybrid. Although I am very diligent This was my first winter in the area and this was my first visit to this dealership for servicing of my 2012 Camry Hybrid. Although I am very diligent in having my car serviced every 5000 miles, I am always nervous taking it to an unfamiliar dealership, not knowing whether I will be be subject to scare tactics to get unneeded services. Well, I am happy to say that Toyota Scion of Lakewood is the real deal. The welcome and waiting areas are top notch and clean. I was treated with professionalism and patience by my service contact as we looked up the servicing history, and no extraneous services were sales pitched to me. My car's oil was replaced even though it was not required for the 55,000 servicing. To its credit, the dealership admitted its error upfront, and I was not charged for he oil change. Other than the small servicing fee, the only other service I was asked about was an inexpensive change of my air conditioner filter, which was very dirty. A top notch business. Highly recommended for any Toyota servicing needs. And if you are lucky, you will be assigned my service contact, Darren Cattnach. More

What makes this dealership stand out is the people they have working there. I had an exceptional service check-in gentleman today. He made my visit enjoyable and made me feel like my business was important to him. I was very impressed with his professional manner, and would return there, just to deal with him again. His name was Russ Persad, and Toyota is lucky to have such fine people working for them. He is a great representative of their company and service. Thank you, Russ, for caring about your customers. Service is bad even after talking with GM No greeting, had to walk through dealership before sales guy at desk at very end responded to my hello. Spoke to GM, deer in the headlights look, took in for $1,000.00 auto butler service, they merely washed truck, told them I'm not paying for it, they said fine. No call back, filled out Toyota survey, no response, just a miserable experience, DON'T BUY AUTO BUTLER, IT'S $1,000 FOR 4 CAR WASHES! Truck is great but stay away from service department. Oh, almost forgot, needed a tire, stopped by dealership after three days of no callback, walked in and wished I hadn't. Alignment was just outside of spec after put on machine, tech beforehand told me I must have hit a curb trying to explain tire wear on new truck. More
