I have been having problems with my entertainment system. The audio randomly goes out after a call or text. I asked Patrick to have this addressed. The paperwork says it was fixed. Service has declined. The last visit was the worst. Over 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change. Waited 45 minutes to an hour at check in line. No apology just excuses. A service employee noticed the truck still had Patrick's name tag and another sticker when I was leaving. He then offer to take my truck back through the carwash.
