I live in FL for half the year & always come in for oil changes on my way back. For years it was great! No muss no fuss, no “try to sell extras not necessary”…. until this year. I guess the word is out to try to sell more work… plus they asked me if i wanted to rotate the tires & I said not necessary ( had just done that at the tire shop) but you guys did it anyway. I didn’t complain but it’s a little aggravating. Bottom line is I’d still recommend this dealership mostly because my grandson-in-law’s father is best friends with the boss (Gettel himself) More
