Patrick is cheerful and pleasant and Gettel is generally good about getting appointments reasonably quickly. However, at my latest appointment I brought in our vehicle for its regular 5,000 mile tire rotat good about getting appointments reasonably quickly. However, at my latest appointment I brought in our vehicle for its regular 5,000 mile tire rotation, mentioned that I had had to add air to the tires several times the past couple of months, and asked them to check for an air leak. When I picked up the car I asked about a leak and was told they hadn’t found anything. 24 hours after bringing the car home, I went out to the garage and found one of the tires was completely flat.
