5 I found the process to schedule a service was very easy. They have a great staff of people meeting you when you arrive and within minutes your car is on the way to the serviced. Had an appointment for oil change. Told intake guy at the outdoor kiosk had a leak in back passenger tire, he assured they would check everything out during oil change.
