Alert on multi-media screen led to having car towed to dealer, where it was a false alert caused by a dead battery..after leaving dealership multi-media screen worked only intermittently causing an immedi dealer, where it was a false alert caused by a dead battery..after leaving dealership multi-media screen worked only intermittently causing an immediate return to service department. After hard reset we left only to notice a function missing while backing into our garage. Called Erin and advised we would return in two day. Third visit to service dept fixed the problem. More
