I understand it was not your fault the part was delayed. I appreciate the car rental. When I received my car, the radio was on a Spanish station. I don’t speak Spanish. I can’t prove the mechanic drained my battery via listening to the radio. The battery was replaced, but the mechanic did not check to see if my fob works. It was inconvenient to spend 4 hours the next waiting for my car. More

The main thing I came in asking about was not actually checked other than a visual measurement. My breaks grind horribly, but I was only told they had more life without an explanation of why. I was also sent a video of the maintenance from the mechanic that while a good idea was useless, because of the noise in the shop it was impossible to understand anything being said. More

I have brought my car in three times now for the same issue and they recognize that there is something wrong but they can’t figure out what it is. The appointment system does not work. I made my appointment last week. The guy at check in could not find me in his list so He was ready to deny service even though I was coming from Rive I made my appointment last week.
