Nice, clean facility but very disappointed in the service department. Seem very disorganized. I decided to try your facility after spending many hours waiting at Courtesy Toyota for simple maintenance app department. Seem very disorganized. I decided to try your facility after spending many hours waiting at Courtesy Toyota for simple maintenance appointments. Brought my car in for its 20000 mile maintenance. Waited 20 minutes for Patrick to acknowledge me then I was told the service would take an hour so I chose to wait. After about 1 1/2 hours I went looking for Patrick and was told he was at lunch. No one could find my car or the paperwork. Finally Patrick returns from lunch and the car was found but had not been worked on yet. Needless to say I was not happy. They asked if I had 15 minutes and I replied I guess I don't have a choice. So the job that I was told would take an hour was apparently able to be done in 15 minutes. Patrick never did come out to talk to me just called my name, told to sign on the line and said sorry. I told him I had hoped that this department would be better then Courtesy Toyota in Brandon but apparently it is not! Very disappointing! I love my Corolla but I will not lease another car from Toyota because of the Service Departments. More
